Yesterday was my bday (I turned Thirty-F9ne!!!) and I reached another fitness milestone!!! 155lbs!!! I’m down about 35lbs since I started in December!!!

Almost time to start contest prep for my Masters Debut. 🏆🐺

S/o to everyone who has been supporting me on my fitness journey. Thank you God for another lap around the sun and for being the ultimate cardio/lifting partner in life!
