Once an order is placed, unfortunately, it cannot be refunded or changed for ANY REASON!
FaithFitBeauty is NOT responsible for addresses that have been entered incorrectly at checkout!
If your order is returned back to us you will receive a refund for the merchandise ONLY. Shipping is not included in refunds because shipping costs were paid for when the order was shipped out. This includes if YOU accidentally put the wrong address, forgot your apartment number or were not home to receive the package.
If there is an issue with your order you have 24 hours from the time it was delivered to reach out with picture proof and your order number.
If your order was marked DELIVERED according to the tracking, and you did not receive it please contact your local post office. We are NOT responsible for stolen or missing packages.
